United Finance held its annual manager’s meeting at the historic McMenamins Edgefield in Troutdale, Oregon last Friday. It was a fun and educational day celebrating the successes of the past year. The McMinnville, Oregon branch was the big winner and took the top prize for best office.
The day was filled with training presentations on business development, compliance best practices and tips for for operational success. All information was targeted at continuing the commitment to serving our customer base with unsecured and secured personal loans. Training on auto loans and retail loans for local dealers was also a focus. Providing service to dealers and customers on a level above the banks, credit unions and title lenders United Finance competes against was central to all presentations. The evening was spent with a celebratory banquet followed by fun times on the Edgefield property.
