The R. H. PARKER/UNITED FOUNDATION, an independent private foundation, was established in Oregon in 1994 by Richard H. Parker, Jr. and other members of the family for charitable, education, religious, and scientific funding. Its primary mission is to further education and youth programs in the Pacific Northwest. Through the years, the foundation has been pleased to provide funding support to the following organizations:
