It was the easiest online loan process that I have ever experienced. I applied for a personal loan online one evening, and received a call from United Finance CO. Tacoma, Washington branch early the very next morning. I was told that my loan request was approved. The representative immediately sent me a text link for me to send required documents. The process went very smoothly with no problems. The representative scheduled for me a same day 4:00pm in person appointment to finalize my loan. Also after the passing of a friend of mine, he had a loan on a vehicle I was buying from his widow to help her. They took care of the loan and I was able to get the car registered in my name.I did have one bad experience, however it wasnt the people.. it was just the situation. I needed a loan and all I had was my van as something to go against. The van was not worth the price of the loan I was asking for, so they denied me, however they tried to help me to see what I can do to get the loan. It didn't solve the issue, but it was nice not to have the door just slammed in my face.
